D.I.M.E Programs

Purpose

To equip young adults by providing access to resources, establishing a network of business professionals, and foster learning opportunities to align with one’s own occupational goals.

Mission

To provide underrepresented students with opportunities to gain professional experience through mentorship, guidance, and hands on career training.

Vision

To be a diverse and inclusive program which allows many young adults to participate in a career driven environment, while creating their version of generational wealth.

Program Description

We have created an environment for under-represented young adults to develop and prepare for their professional industry of choice. We want to establish, maintain, and enhance business etiquette, entrepreneurship, and professional development. We will also be hosting biweekly finance and economic workshop to teach the students the power of managing their version of generational wealth.
